My mission is to provide you with the most outstanding service and to go above and beyond any customer expectations. I don’t just want satisfied customers, I want 5 Star Raving Fans.

My family has been involved in the Carpet Cleaning industry for over 20 years. Originally from regional areas, our successful family Carpet Cleaning Business would service over 1000 customers and 25 schools. In 2016 we decided to make the big move to Brisbane, as opportunities were awaiting our children.

As I had been on the tools myself for a few years, I decided to go out on my own and bring another Tradie Lady business to the Brisbane area. I wanted to put my own twist on things and add some qualities to my business that are important to me. I proudly provide the best service experience for all of my customers and aim to gain raving fans of Vanessa’s from each and every job.

I am passionate about the work I do and take a great deal of effort in achieving the best results possible.

I am now loving being part of the local community in the Redlands, Bayside area, and while my focus is on servicing these areas, I am willing to travel beyond for those who are keen to experience the difference at Vanessa’s.

I will personally clean your tile and grout, carpets, upholstery and leather.

I schedule limited jobs per day, which allows me to give special attention to your home. This gives me comfort in knowing that I’m not on a tight timeframe and eliminates the need to rush and do nothing other than the best job possible.
